With the PatentEase DESIGN program, you can draft your own design patent application and file it in the United States Patent and Trademark Office (PTO) without the aid of a patent attorney or patent agent.

This program guides you through the entire process of organizing your drawings and written description. It even includes documentation known as "formal papers," which you or your attorney must send to the PTO along with your application. A patent application has certain major sections required by United States patent law.

Our program handles all of these sections. Simply stated, this program handles the entire substantive and procedural aspects of drafting and filing a design patent application.
