years’ experience in the patent profession - as a patent examiner, a corporate
and independent intellectual property attorney, a columnist for EDN Magazine, a
patent law instructor at San Francisco State University.
He is also author of the PATENT and TRADEMARK entries in The World Book
Encyclopedia. A member of MENSA, he has a B.S. in Electronic Engineering from
the Pennsylvania State University and a JD from the George Washington University
